This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and returns at Martial Arts First, Lismore. Please read carefully before purchasing any services or products.
2.1 1:1 Training & In-Person Sparring
Due to the personalised nature of 1:1 training and the limited availability of sparring sessions, all fees associated with these services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.5 Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to david@martialartsfirstlismore.com. Please include your name, contact details, the service or product you wish to cancel, and the date of purchase to expedite processing.
2.6 Processing Time:
We aim to process cancellation requests within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is complete.
3.1 Clothing, Gym Equipment & Affiliate Products:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing, gym equipment, or products from our affiliates. We encourage you to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3.2 Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at david@martialartsfirstlismore.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
