2.1 1:1 Training & In-Person Sparring

Due to the personalised nature of 1:1 training and the limited availability of sparring sessions, all fees associated with these services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 Digital Courses

  • Pre-recorded, Self-guided Courses: All fees for these courses are non-refundable. You are purchasing access to the learning materials, not a guaranteed outcome.
  • Courses with Money-Back Guarantee: Some courses may offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee. Specific details and eligibility criteria will be clearly stated on the sales page. To claim a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a request to david@martialartsfirstlismore.com before the expiry date.

2.3 Events

  • Standard Events: Tickets for standard events are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we may offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations after purchase. Requests must be submitted by email to david@martialartsfirstlismore.com within this timeframe.
